Inquire about tables, chairs, parking, setup time, and cleanup — we believe in making the numbers easy to understand.

The Gathering Place parking lot is situated away from the building, however, we give guests complimentary golf cart rides to and from the building if needed. We also have reserved parking next to the building for limited mobility guests.

  • Where do the guests convene between the ceremony and reception?

  • Do chairs need moved? Who helps with that?

  • Where is the best place for the head table?
